How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will leave the day after payment is made.  Should you request to pay via EFT your order will leave after payment reflects in the account. Please note that all Vagabond Story orders are couriered from Durban, South Africa.

Please note that the above only applies if you do not qualify for the VIP Gift of the month (Orders over R1350) . Those orders go out every Friday. 

Do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over R160, provided you choose our default courier. Orders can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Do you courier internationally?

Unfortunately not at this time. We are constantly looking for new avenues to serve international clients. 

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you via email when you receive your shipping confirmation. You will then be able to use the number provided to track your order on the Track My Parcel page.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to process your order as fast as we can. Once the order is packed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at enquiries@vagabondstory.co.za to check if your order has been packed.

What is your return policy?

Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs in transit. We quality check every piece before it is sent out, however we accept that human error and the possibility of rough handling may occur. If this happens to be the case, please drop us an email.

Who delivers for you and how long do they take?

Fastway (Default courier: 3 – 5 days) – Free for orders over R160
Aramex (Fast option: 1-3 days) – R100
Postnet (Counter to Counter) – R100

It has been over 5 working days and I have not received my order

I am having problems with tracking my order

Sorry about that!! In a few cases the courier takes longer than usual to update the status of your parcel. If your tracking information isn’t updated or working at all, please reach out to us via email: enquiries@vagabondstory.co.za and we will attend to the matter urgently.
